☄ First Impressions ♚ VISUAL: Girl is canonically 4"8 and 90lbs, making her on the small side for a 15-year-old. She has short auburn hair that is cut short. It's a messy cut and many strands are longer than others. Her hair is kept natural and becomes very curly when allowed to grow. She has wide blue-gray eyes. She is a light-skinned woman of African-American descent. Girl has freckles across the bridge of her nose and cheeks, along with several light scars. One noticeable scar is on her left cheek, diagonal from her eye down a few inches to point toward her jawline. She has another scar at the center of her back from being shot with a laser gun. She does not wear make-up and frequently appears unwashed. ♚ FASHION: Girl's clothes tend to be colorful, tattered, and scavenged. She tends to stick to her gray jeans, black boots, and a torn black tank top. On top of her tank, she wears colorful jackets and vests that are usually made of leather. Her main jackets of choice are a dark purple motor jacket and a green sports jacket with a white stripe down the sleeves. As of her canon point, however, she prefers wearing her red/yellow/blue leather vest. All of her clothes are dirty, stained with blood and mud. Her clothes are also covered in cat hair and smell very 'lived in'. ♚ DEMEANOUR: Girl is insular, awkward, and not terribly talkative. She can come across as standoffish because she tends to put distance between herself and people she's not emotionally close to. She's rough and clingy to those that have wormed into her inner circle. She keeps her limbs to herself, occupying only her own space unless angered. Girl has a habit of staring at the ground when uncomfortable, unable to meet other's eyes. ♚ SOUND: Girl has a high, slightly nasally voice. She's from the Southwestern US. As the area is a hotspot for all the survivors left in that region, her accent is flattened out by the many influences. She talks with the usual slang of the zones and tends to rush over words while dropping the endings. She alternates between being crude and self-censoring her language. She's just as likely to tell someone to fuck off as she is to replace hell with heck. She speaks English and some Japanese. ♚ SCENT: She smells pretty bad. Like, hasn't washed in five years kind of bad. She lived in the desert and didn't have access to water for cleaning up. In general, she smells like sweat, grime, her cat, and maybe like blood or ozone if she's been around a ray gun fight. No, she doesn't notice. And no, she doesn't care. ♚ MENTAL INFORMATION: She's traumatized from a lifetime of war-like conditions and witnessing multiple deaths. She thinks like a survivalist and has an unhealthy amount of paranoia where authority is concerned. She has no mental shielding, meaning she's susceptible to being controlled or influenced. Talk to me if you want specifics on what a psychic could find in her little noggin. ♚ MAGICAL INFORMATION: Those with magical power may be able to sense that she once held a great power, but would note she's a normal human now. If they have a magical ability to sense that someone has been revived from the dead, they could tell she has been brought back once. The Girl herself does not have 'magic' but people in her canon are capable of sensing 'waves'. These waves are depicted as lines that come off of everything in physical existence. Anyone in her canon can see them as long as they are properly taught and trained. Using these waves, people can execute perfect shots with a projectile weapon (in this case, guns) and can see over longer distances than any human should be able to. Girl has been taught how to use this ability, but rarely does. Whether or not you want your character to be able to sense it is up to you. ☄ OOC ♚ BACKTAGGING: Always! If it's for a game, I prefer we don't go back more than a month or so. For memes or PSLs, we can backtag into oblivion. ♚ THREADJACKING: As long as the other person in the thread is okay with it, I am. Talk to me if you're unsure about it, but unless the conversation is made to be private I'm probably going to say yes. ♚ FOURTHWALLING: I'd rather stay away from fourth wall breaking for this character. ♚ PHYSICAL AFFECTION: OOCly, I'm fine with just about anything as long as there is nothing physical on a sexual level that goes beyond kissing. As the character is only 15, I prefer to keep things age appropriate-ish. ICly, Girl will try to avoid too much or too familiar touch from people she doesn't know well. She may shrug off too friendly of gestures, try to duck away from touch or get defensive if neither of those things work. If she gets along with someone, she's fine with physical affection and will likely respond with her own rough gestures; playful shoves or arm punches, ect. ♚ PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: OOCly, I'm all about fight threads. I'm comfortable with violence as long as it we don't spend too long on describing gore. ICly, Girl will try to avoid a fight if at all possible and prefers to run, but will defend herself if she can't get away. Physically, she's not very strong but she's very keen on not dying so she will fight dirty. She's pretty proficient with a gun (see "Magic" above), so she may inflict some damage if she has a weapon in hand. If you want to do a fight thread or inflict violence on the Girl, please feel free to contact me. I'm cool with her losing (and really she'd probably lose against most) so lets work out how much damage you want to do. ♚ RELATIONSHIPS: OOCly, I'm fine with shipping! I'd want the character be in her age range, say 14-18, and I'm cool with characters of any gender or species. I'd rather not play out anything sexual with her due to the Girl's age, so let's keep it to cuddling and kissing. I don't have any preferences on what kind of characters to ship her with, so bring on whatever! ICly, Girl's pretty messed up and will need time to get to know someone before she'd be interested in starting up anything. With how she was raised, she'd probably need some convincing to go beyond a 'friends who occasional make out' situation and into something more serious. Monogamy is kind of a rare thing in the Zones, so the other character is going to have to do a lot of talking to her if they expect a committed relationship. And she'll need a lot of convincing about why anyone would want that anyway. She'd also be down for a polygamous relationship if someone suggested it, but again would need talking to about it. ☄ Permissions ♚ FIRST THING: If you'd like for me to ease off on her way of speaking; the slang/dropped ends of words/misspellings, just mention it and I'll write out her speech/text normally. ♚ SECOND THING: The Girl's canon deals heavily with death and survivor's guilt, so if you want me to avoid talking about the deaths she's witnessed or her own death and guilt over it, just message me. ♚ THIRD THING: I really prefer to stay away from topics of infertility, miscarriage, stillbirth, or problems with pregnancy in general. I'd really appreciate if we could skip over these topics in a thread, should they come up.
